Sotto Sopra will team up with Hugh Sisson from Clipper City Brewery, and our very own beer writer Greg Bissonette from www.foodandwineblog.com to bring you a night of food paired with the delicious
beers of Clipper City. Executive Chef Bill Crouse has put together an outstanding five course menu to compliment the varieties of flavor and texture in Clipper City’s beers. Clipper City is one of Baltimore’s premier brew houses and the name Hugh Sisson is well recognized for his brewery and show “Cellar Notes” on NPR.
