One way to find out who they are is http://mdelect.net/electedofficials/. To paraphrase Nancy Kopp, Maryland state treasurer; This is not capital hill. If more than six people contact their legislator about something besides abortion or gun rights, there is a good chance they will do something about it. (As for committee, they all know each other). In my opinion this bill has a good chance of getting to the floor, as pretty much anything that does not cost the state any money, or even raises money for the state {you might want to spin it that way for your rep.} is politically viable right now.
