		<description>Greg:  this is in my top 10 beers I have ever tasted.  Outstanding man.  So complex, great structure, and a long finish.  Nice to taste it after 10 months in bottle.

Just let me try it first to make sure it&#039;s palatable (this coming monday will be the 2 weeks post-bottling, when the carbonation is basically ok for drinking.  flavors change of time of course, but at this time they&#039;re conditioned!)</description>
