I may have been a bit tough on the Prum Auslese- the nose on that and the Spatlese were very nice.  

If you would e-mail me the recipe for that salad you guys brought (and the candied pecans) I&#039;d love to post it on this site.

1.  It can be difficult to just have &quot;a taste&quot; when so many good wines are around.

2.  I can&#039;t put away wine like I could in college.  If hangovers weren&#039;t an issue than #1 wouldn&#039;t even matter!</description>
