"OMG, it tastes sweet and has a colorful label, they're trying to corrupt the childrens!!!" Keep in mind that it's STILL illegal to sell alcohol, no matter how colorful, to minors. Even if those kids never even hear about FMBs, that doesn't mean they're not going to drink something else. Perhaps the state should concern itself more with shutting down those avenues rather than colors and flavors. Keep in mind that it’s STILL illegal to sell alcohol, no matter how colorful, to minors. Even if those kids never even hear about FMBs, that doesn’t mean they’re not going to drink something else. It's obvious they are not beer - sad to see that the wholesalers lobby is strong enough to even protect the big corporations from increased taxes and marketing towards minors.
