Dining: Siberian Husky Style

A nice dinner we made at home last week featured two medium rare strip steaks, fettuccine with shaved white truffles, and outstanding olive oil (Croce di Mezzo) and a nice Brunello (2001 Santa Lucia Riserva) we picked up in Montalcino this past November. As you can see, we weren’t the only ones anxious to eat the meal, nor were we the only ones to enjoy it. Gotta love Huskies!
